THE PLAN |
|
Set up a pan India network of
vocational courses training centres with Intraday Analysis
facility. While Tier I towns will have multiple centres, Tier II and III towns will have 2 centres and 1 centre
respectively. The training centre is named
EARNING ESCHOOL.
The Centre
will be SPECIALISING in training courses related to
FINANCE & STOCK MARKETS.
EARNING ESCHOOLS will offer a variety of training
courses, mostly short term and job-oriented. To
enhance income, it will also
have live ANALYSIS CENTRE for Intraday traders. It will be purely analysis centre where
traders can get live analysis along with BUY/SELL Calls
throughout the day, against a nominal Entry Fee.
Trading calls will be provided on Nifty Futures and
individual stocks in cash and futures.
Traders can
call up brokers from mobiles to place their trades.
Those who have laptops can trade directly using mobile Internet access.
Intraday trading will be provided by the Centre's Analyst as well as
by the Chief Analyst from Bangalore. The latter is in constant touch with the
Analyst at the franchised centre throughout the trading
session via Virtual Trading Room which offers live
audio-video conferencing. |

INTRADAY ANALYSIS CENTRE |
PRISM Intraday Analysis Centre is offered on a Franchised
basis, initially on 1-year contract. The centre
will need a room adequate to sit around 12-15 persons
comfortably. Plus, have toilet facility and adequate
cooling. It will have one Laptop computer plus a 22" TFT LCD monitor. Their
will be 2 Broadband Internet connections: one via
landline and another wireless broadband, useable
with laptop. In times of power failure, Internet can
still be accessed.
Laptop with long battery life like
ACER Timeline is suggested to save the cost of genset or inverter. But the
additional monitor will not work during power failure.
Once the Centre has regular clients, a small genset
or inverter need to be installed.
For other Laptop models, a spare battery is required to replace exhausted one during
long power cuts.
The Centre
will have an Analyst specially trained on PRISM's
Intraday trading system. S/he can either
be the Centre owner or a person selected by him/her.

ENTRY FEE |
|
PRISM Intraday
Analysis Centre will charge Rs 300 as daily entry fee at
Tier I & II tons and Rs 250 at Tier III towns.
Discounted weekly,
monthly and even quarterly fees will also
be offered. |

PRISM stands for

Market. PRISM Intraday Analysis centre
is the place to earn a regular daily income from stock
market Intraday trading with the help of live analysis. |

UNIQUE VTR CONNECTIVITY |
The Centre will be
provided with centrally generated BUY/SELL
calls as also periodic messages to inform
traders on technical signals predicting
change in the market trends and price
levels.
All centres will be linked to the central
control headed by the Chief Analyst via
Virtual Trading Room. Based on world
renowned Cisco's worldwide network, the VTR
enables multiple-centre audio-visual
conferencing in real time, sharing of
applications and even sharing documents,
data, pictures, movies etc. Therefore, the
Chief Analyst can guide the Centre virtually
minute-by-minute so that the Centre can
respond to any opportunity and threat
immediately. |

is a live Analysis centre. Nothing of this kind is

FRANCHISE MODEL |
Selected
Franchisee
will compulsorily undertake 5 day training on PRISM
system to understand and appreciate the
technical aspects of the trading calls.
Optionally: The Centre can designate a person to be
trained with the training cost being
footed by the Centre. The Analyst should
be paid a remuneration which is a
combination of monthly salary plus incentive in 70:30 ratio. For a Tier I city, the starting salary
for Analyst can be between Rs 12,000 - 14,000 + incentives
(Rs 5,500 - 6,000). Tier II and III towns will naturally
have less salary. |

MARKETING ASSISTANCE |
|
For customer acquisition drive,
the Centre will get strong marketing and advertising support.
Local newspaper ads, publicity materials
like leaflets, posters and banners, special offers,
seminars etc will be held periodically. |
|
SUPPORT TO FRANCHISEE |
PRISM will assist franchisor to
set-up the business, provide training to
personnel and lend significant marketing support.
The centre will
be provided with regular Buy/Sell calls on both
futures and cash stocks. In case of an
unforeseen loss being suffered by any of the
Member at a centre, assistance will be provided
to individual Member to recoup losses. It will
also draw up customised trading strategy
for clients on the basis of targeted
daily income.
The Analyst at the Centre is provided
with guidance, information, BUY/SELL
calls and even step-by- step direction
to help its clients trade profitably. |

3rd month. For first 2 months, Chief Analyst provides

# The Centre owner can be the local Analyst. Then this
expense is added to his/her profits.
$ The Earning Centre is expected to generate at least
one Learner for the PRISM Intraday Trading system. The
Centre earns a handsome 20% on the Online training Fee
of Rs 25,000, amounting to Rs 5,000.
